How we can help - referring yourself to our services

Domestic abuse can happen to anyone. The first step is talking to someone who can help. You do not have to wait for an emergency situation, we are here when you are ready. It is important to share what is happening to you (and your children if you are a parent) for safety and wellbeing. You are not alone, and we are here for you.

Abuse is never your fault and there is no excuse for abuse. We offer face to face, phone or online support in Lancashire
